Built in mods

I'd love to see Blizzard have a built in mod selection on d3/b.net. So when i'm done leveling in "Campaign" mode I could make a Capture the flag or Duel Arena(like Rocket Arena) game right on closed bnet. I think Quake3 was the first game to include mods like that right out of the box and it was great because I didn't have to search for a CTF/RA mod that only a few servers were running, everyone had it installed and ready to go and it kept the community tighter.

Also it'll give us new challenges like making mod specific builds instead of just an all around PVP'er, like a flag runner or a base defender.

If this did happen i'd like to see a feature where you can store a builds full gear in one area and at the press of a button swap my PVM/leveling gear for my PVP or CTF gear. Like Weapon swap but for everything.

Thoughts?|||lol...just saw your post. LOVE the ideas.|||Well, I like the idea where you can totally regear with the click of a button.

But does this have to be from mods? I'd like to think Blizzard would try to build in stuff like this so no one ever feels like they have to get mods. Of course, this is only fantasy.|||Mods would be pretty awesome to play around with. Taking the item swap a step further, they could make it so a lvl 60 wizard devoted to one branch could become anything in the mods. Make it so only your level transfers and you have to build up mod specific gear. I think that the separation of campaign and mods would be nice so we don't have to focus on what we want to do more.|||This would be cool, but excedibgly difficult to code and it would be even more difficult by the fact that Diablo always has the instances for every non town area. So really all that could be made was gear, skills, people, and towns, no dungeons. Still a cool concept.
